Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting will be held at the Limelight Theatre, Civic Drive, Wanneroo on Wednesday 15th July 2020.

Meeting will commence promptly at 7:30pm

Call for Nominations

Nomination Form

Nominations for positions on the management team must be received by the Secretary no later than Wednesday 24th June 2020.

The Limelight Theatre needs new Committee Members to form part of the team and help progress its 2020 events program.

The Committee comprises ten (10) officers, and this year the following positions will be open for nomination:

Vice President (2 year term)

Hon Treasurer (2 year term)

Six (6) Ordinary Committee Members (1 year term) as follows, but not limited to:

Technical Manager

Publicity Coordinator

Volunteer Coordinator

Theatre Maintenance Manager

Social Media Coordinator

Committee Member

There are also six (6) non committee positions, all 1 year term

Lighting Technician

Sound Technician

Front of House Coordinator

Bookings and Membership Officer

Wardrobe Manager

Properties Manager

Wanneroo Repertory members who would like to be considered for nomination need to:

be a current financial member; and
be willing to devote time and effort as an Officer of the Repertory

Eligible members wanting to nominate for 2020 positions should complete the Nomination Form and send it to the Secretary by no later than Wednesday 24th June 2020.

All nominations will be scrutinised by the Returning Officer and nominees notified of their acceptance, or otherwise, as eligible candidates. Current Officers who are coming to the end of their term this year and are seeking another term must re-nominate.

Voting will be by financial Repertory Members present at the Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Member Voting Eligibility

Under our Rules of Association (previously called the Constitution) eligibilty of members to vote at the Annual General Meeting are described as follows:

“The member must have been an ordinary member at the time notice of the meeting was given and have paid any fee or other money payable to the Association.”

Please also note, for current members: Please ensure that your financial membership is up date or renewed prior to the AGM to avoid any challenges to your eligibility on the night
